2/3 c. (160 ml) Almond milk (original)

3/4 c. (68 g) Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 c. (11o g) Greek Yogurt (plain)

1 Scoop (50 g) Resource High Protein

Dash of Cinnamon (optional)

  • Take an air-tight container and put all of the ingredients in it. Shake it up until all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Cool overnight in your refrigerator.
  • Give it a couple more shakes in the morning and your on-the-go oats are ready to go! Top it with any of your favourite nuts and fruits to put your own spin on this easy breakfast recipe.
