1c. Oats

3 scoops Resource High Protein

2 T. Coconut (shredded)

2 T. Baking Cocoa Powder

1/4 c. Peanut Butter (we like super chunk)

1/2 c. Chocolate Almond Milk

  • Mix all the dry ingredients well.
  • Melt peanut butter for around 30 seconds in your microwave.
  • Then,  whisk almond milk with the melted peanut butter.
  • Pour this into your mixture of dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Make small cookie dough balls out of the mixture and place them on a cookie sheet that’s lined with wax paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve.
