1 cup/138g Blueberries

2 cups/336g Strawberries (sliced)

3 cups/674g Greek Yogurt

3 scoops Resource High Protein

12 piece Popsicle mold- 3oz/88.7 ml each

12 Wooden sticks

  • Mix Greek Yogurt with 3 scoops of Resource High Protein.
  • Fill each mold with a teaspoon of the yogurt mixture. Take 5-6 blueberries and spread them around the edge of the mold.
  • Layer this with another teaspoon of the yogurt mixture. Try to get the yogurt to settle by gently tapping the cup and repeat this after every layer.
  • Take a handful of sliced strawberries and fill the cup with alternate layers of yogurt and sliced strawberries until the mold has been filled.
  • Once done, tap the mold to ensure there aren’t any air pockets. Then, push the sticks right into the middle of the mold.
  • Place the mold freeze them overnight.
  • Just before serving, dip the mold into hot water for a few seconds to easily pull the pops out of the mold.
